Beloved God. Holy Mother. Holy Father. And Holy Christos.
Please open all channels of Light. Clear all Light fibers to be fully connected and resonant with the Living Light Code.
We call upon our Group Avatar Christ Self, our Guardian Families, the Aurora Host Families, and the Guardian Mentor Band. Those serving the Krystal Star Matrix aligned to the Law of One Mission. Beloveds, may we work together in the highest capacity of exchange of God’s Infinite Light, Love and Power in Divine Right Order and Harmony.
Prepare to connect to your inner core. Bring your focus and attention to your inner core, and Spiritual Light. With your hand on your heart, declare your intention to resolve authority issues and defer your ego to serve the Eternal Light of God and Oneness.
My declaration of intention is to serve my highest Source. I commit to serve my highest power fully, completely and totally.
Now intend to activate and amplify your core shield, your 12th dimensional field and hub. From within your 12 D shield, create the hub handshake with Unity Intelligence and Krystal Star. I am Unity.
Taking a breath and feeling into your heart. Imagine sending a ball of white Light from your heart. Sending that stream of white Light, moving out into the boundary of your personal space. Perform your boundary test, pushing out with an exhale breath to the complete four corners or room of your space.
Through the boundary test state: I am God. I am Sovereign. I am Free.
Intend to put the Trinity field of the GSF triad in the entire energy of your home space.
Now as we open our Group Field into our Group Krystal vortex. Beloveds, we open into the full expansion of celestial Christ Force. Please grid our space and session entirely in the Eternal God Light. We now command that which is the Transharmonic Pillar and Gateway to manifest, lockdown and extending to protect our entire Krystal Group Field.
We wish to align and be purified as the clear Light vessel of God’s Law, God’s Love, God’s Light and God’s Power in the world. We claim our life dedicated to the Living Eternal Spirit.
As we breathe in and relax your body. Relax your mind.
As we bring our attention to the Spirits of Christ.
Beloved God, we intend to create the internal house for the Spirit of Christ to reside within our heart, mind and body, in all ways. In perfect alignment to the Universal Law of One. In perfect alignment to the Law of Structures. In divine alignment to my highest expression and spiritual purpose as God, Sovereign, Free. Please help me to build my internal house in so that the Christ Spirit may reside within me.
Beloved God, I request in my heart and prayer to create a house for Christ, and to purify my mind, body and heart for the Spirit of Christ. Further, we request to dismantle the houses of ego, and to evict the Imposter Spirits and replace them with the Houses of Christ. I state my authority and intention to be of service to God, and to build a strong relationship with my inner spiritual Light and Christos.
For a moment, allow yourself to visualize and feel the quality of these Seven Spirits of Christ. Feel each one of them as a white garment of flowing Light that wraps and surrounds your entire body with peace and love. As we focus on each Spirit, see your body wrapped in the Spiritual Wings in this quality of each Spiritual Light.
The Spirit of Purity.
The Spirit of Generosity.
The Spirit of Patience.
The Spirit of Kindness.
The Spirit of Discipline and Conservation.
The Spirit of Diligence.
The Spirit of Humility.
Now we will be learning the alternate nostril breathing technique. In this breathing technique, you inhale through one nostril, retain your breath through holding, and then exhale your breath through the other nostril.
The left nostril is the internal path, the vertical central column called the Ida channel. While the right nostril is the internal path of the vertical central column called the Pingala channel.
This natural breath rhythm is disturbed in most people. This breathing exercise restores, equalizes and balances the flow of the central channels, while releasing anxiety of the mind and clearing negative ego thought forms. This breathing practice will help concentration to improve greatly for strengthening mental focus. Therefore having greater ability to refocus and redirect the negative ego thought form when they surface through fear or anxiety pattern.
As we prepare for the alternate breathing cycle, with your right hand to be used to close each side of your nostrils to the cycle of each breath. Fold under your index and middle finger while you place your right thumb on your right nostril, and leave the middle ring finger – this is your sixth dimensional axiatonal line finger – onto the other side of your left nostril. Place the thumb by your right nostril and your middle ring finger by your left nostril. For a moment practice gently closing your right nostril with your right thumb, while you take and inhale breath through your left nostril. Now switch sides: use your right hand, middle finger, close your left nostril and inhale through your right nostril.
We will do one practice round of alternate nostril breathing, and then we will continue with our breathing exercise in partnership with the Spirits of Christ.
Place your right-hand fingers with the right thumb closing your right nostril. And with your middle ring finger, gently on your left nostril.
We will begin our practice breath now.
Closing the right nostril with a thumb, inhale through the left nostril. Now close both nostrils and hold the breath.
Now exhale through your right nostril closing the left nostril with your middle ring finger. Inhale through your right nostril, keeping the left nostril closed with your middle ring finger.
Now hold your breath, closing both nostrils.
Now exhale through the left nostril, keeping the right closed with your thumb.
Congratulations, that was your practice round of alternate nostril breathing. Now we will begin our practice.
Beloved we breathe in the Spirit of Purity. Beloved through my breath build the House of Purity for my mind and body to be aligned with the Purity of Christos.
Now inhale through the left nostril, closing the right nostril with the thumb. Hold your breath, closing both nostrils. As you hold your breath, imagine and sense the Spirit of Purity emanating from every cell and pore of your being. Exhale through your right nostril, closing the left with your middle ring finger.
Beloved God, I command my body consecrated to the Spirit of Purity.
Now visualize and evict any Imposter Spirit of Lust or Addiction to be released through your body and mind through this exhaled breath.
Inhale through the right nostril, keeping the left closed. Hold your breath, closing both nostrils.
Sense the Spirit of Purity emanating from every cell of your being. Exhale through your left nostril, keeping the right closed.
Now Beloved we breathe in the Spirit of Patience. Through my breath build the House of Patience for my mind and body to be aligned with the Patience of Christos.
Inhale through the left nostril, closing the right nostril with the thumb. Hold your breath, closing both nostrils. As you hold your breath, sense the Spirit of Patience emanating from every cell and pore of your body. Exhale through the right nostril, closing the left.
Beloved God, I command my mind and body consecrated to the Spirit of Patience.
Now visualize and evict any Imposter Spirit of Anger, Rage or Wrath from your body and mind through your exhale.
Inhale through the right nostril, keeping the left closed. Hold your breath, closing both nostrils.
Imagine the Spirit of Patience emanating from every cell of your being. Exhale through the left nostril, keeping the right closed with your thumb.
Beloved we breathe the Spirit of Generosity. Through my inhale breath we build the house of Generosity for my mind and body.
Inhale through the left nostril, closing the right with the thumb. Hold your breath, closing both nostrils. Imagine the Spirit of Generosity emanating from every cell and pore of your body. Exhale through the right nostril, closing the left with your middle ring finger.
Beloved God, consecrate my body to the Spirit of Generosity. Visualize and evict any Imposter Spirit of Greediness, Poverty, Materialism or Avarice from your body and mind through your exhaling breath.
Inhale through the right nostril, keeping the left closed with your ring finger. Holding your breath, closing both nostrils. Imagine the Spirit of Generosity emanating from every cell of your body.
Exhale through the left nostril, keeping the right closed with your thumb.
Beloved we breathe in the Spirit of Kindness. Through my inhale, build the house of Kindness for my mind and body.
Now inhale through the left nostril, closing the right with your thumb. Holding your breath, closing both nostrils, sense the Spirit of Kindness emanating from every cell of your body. Exhale through the right nostril, closing the left with your middle ring finger.
Beloved God, I consecrate my body and mind to the Spirit of Kindness. Visualize and evict any Imposter Spirit of Envy or Jealousy from your body and mind, through the exhaling breath.
Inhale through the right nostril, keeping the left closed with your middle finger. Holding your breath, close both nostrils. As you hold your breath, imagine and sense the Spirit of Kindness emanating from every cell of your body.
Exhale through the left nostril, keeping the right nostril closed with your thumb.
Beloved we now breathe in the Spirit of Discipline and Conservation. Through my breath build the house of Discipline and Conservation.
Inhale through the left nostril, closing the right with your thumb. Holding your breath, closing both nostrils, imagine the Spirit of Discipline and Conservation emanating from every cell of your being. Exhale through the right nostril, closing the left with your middle ring finger.
Beloved God, I consecrate my body and mind to the Spirit of Discipline and Conservation. Now visualize and evict Imposter Spirits of Gluttony, Waste or Toxicity from your entire body and mind, through this exhaling breath.
Inhale through the right nostril, keeping the left closed with your middle ring finger. Holding your breath, closing both nostrils. As you hold your breath, sense the Spirit of Discipline and Conservation emanating from every cell in your being.
Exhale through your left nostril, keeping the right nostril closed with your thumb.
Beloved, we now breathe the Spirit of Diligence. Through my breath build the house of Diligence for my mind and body.
Now inhale through the left nostril, closing the right nostril with your thumb. Hold your breath, closing both nostrils. Holding your breath, sense the Spirit of Diligence emanating from every cell of your body. Exhale through your right nostril, closing the left with your middle finger.
Beloved God, I consecrate to the Spirit of Diligence. Now visualize and evict any Imposter Spirits of Laziness, Apathy or Discouragement from your entire body and mind, through the exhaling breath.
Inhale through the right nostril, keeping the left closed with your middle finger. Hold your breath, closing both nostrils. As you hold your breath, imagine and sense the Spirit of Diligence emanating from every cell of your body.
Exhale through the left nostril, keeping the right nostril closed with your thumb.
Beloved, we breathe in the Spirit of Humility. Beloved through my breath, build the house of Humility.
Now inhale through the left nostril, closing the right nostril with a thumb. Holding your breath, closing both nostrils. As you hold your breath, imagine and sense the Spirit of Humility emanating from every cell of your body. Exhale through your right nostril, closing the left nostril with your middle ring finger.
Beloved God, I consecrate my body and mind to the Spirit of Humility. Now visualize and evict any Imposter Spirit of Pride, Ego Self-Importance or Worthlessness from your body and mind, through the exhaling breath.
Inhale through your right nostril, keeping the left closed with your ring finger. Hold your breath, closing both nostrils. As you hold your breath, imagine the Spirit of Humility emanating from every cell of your body.
Exhale through your left nostril, keeping the right nostril closed with your thumb.
Now with your next breaths, just relax and resume normally. Allow yourself to breathe into both nostrils normally.
As you breathe normally, with your inner vision for a moment allow yourself to visualize and feel the quality of these Seven Spirits of Christ. Feel each one, each Spirit, deep inside your heart, your body, your mind.
Within your body, see white, flowing Spiritual Light. As each Spirit unifies with the white Light that permeates every cell and radiates from every pore from within your entire body. Filling inside of your heart, filling inside of your body with peace and love. The Spirits of Christ.
From within your body emanating from your heart, see each Spiritual Light from deep within your heart complex.
The Spirit of Purity.
The Spirit of Generosity.
The Spirit of Patience.
The Spirit of Kindness.
The Spirit of Discipline and Conservation.
The Spirit of Diligence.
and
The Spirit of Humility.
Beloved, we request our Eternal God Spirit to reconnect all body parts and body intelligence through our breath to the control of our original Spirits in Christ now, as God would have it be.
I dedicate my Body, Mind, Spirit, Personalities and all Essences of Being to the Service of God and the power of the Living Spirit of Christ.
Holy Mother, Holy Father and Holy Christos, may the sacred Trinity ignite your powerful healing Spirits within my heart and body to propel me to purity and perfection in the Light and image of the Eternal Light of God.
I harmonize and hold this Group space in the name of Oneself Godself as witness to Oneness. I seal this in the Light of Union and Wholeness in Service to the Oneself. May we take this through the instruction set and subtle energy systems through all levels and components of each being, individually and collectively, fully completely and totally. We ask to seal our body as consecrated to be Eternal Light of God and to our Family of Oneness and Krystal Star.
Beloveds, please prepare all transits as in Divine alignment to the Eternal Krystal Star Host through STS sweep. Clear out all residue, remains, imprints and debris to be transited with grace and with ease, to be exited through the appropriate transit gate.
